Shipping cost vary based on location and item(s).

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECIEVE MY ORDER?

It normally takes 2-3 days for orders to be produced and processed.  Once processed, all USA order are usually delivered in 4- 5 business days.

I HAVEN'T RECIEVED MY ORDER!

Please  allow +1 days from the estimate arrival time frame. If your item(s) have still not arrived please email us at support@extended-thought.com with your tracking number from the confirmation email/SMS message and we will locate your order.

MY ITEM IS DAMAGED/INCORRECT/NOT AS DESCRIBED ?

Please contact our support team at support@extended-thought.com or fill out the contact form on our website for any items that arrived damaged, defective, or not as expected, including detailed photo(s) of the item.

We'll arrange for a replacement item to be sent to you as soon as possible. Please do not return items to us without authorization from support first.
